Tyranny unfolding: "Lockdown 2.0" coming to UK township. Will this contagion spread? (Predictions)
And, that's what seems be happening in the UK, as well as a handful of other cities around the world including Portland, Oregon and Paris--a plan to put the 15-Minute City in place by 2024, whether the citizens like it or not! It's all to save the planet, isn't it?! It's all bright and shiny on the outside, but is laden with dystopian controls.
Is this a pilot program for something bigger? Will it affect the US? (More below...)
Below: Oh, c'mon now, you conspiracy theorist! 15-Minute cities won't be that bad, will they?
The "15-Minute City" concept is simple: Put everything anyone could ever want within a 15-minute bike-ride from home, and you've got Utopia! Add on a digital pass to get in and out of the city a couple of times a year, along with penalties for going too far from home, or trying to get there with a car, and you've got dystopia!

The roll-out of these controls couldn't come at a better time, and the ever-controlling WEF (World Economic Forum) led by the likes of our favorite Nazi, Klaus Schwab, knows it. Here's what they have to say:
"...with COVID-19 and its variants keeping everyone home (or closer to home than usual), the 15-minute city went from a “nice-to-have” to a rallying cry. Meeting all of one’s needs within a walking, biking or transit distance was suddenly a matter of life and death. The pandemic created an urgency around equitable urbanism that sidelined arguments about bike lanes and other “amenities” that have roiled communities for years."
Lovely!
Here's what the UK can look forward to over the next several years:
In 2023, there'll be a very "soft" roll-out of these types of controls in the bigger cities. Citizens should expect to (continue to) receive notifications of restrictions on various types of activities, but they'll be mostly "unenforced" to the degree that harsh Covid lockdowns were in 2020-2021.
Watch as police set up checkpoints (roadblocks) in 2024, and closely monitor citizens' comings and goings. Travelled too far or too often? Turn around and go back home. Sorry!
This type of activity will be "softer" on a wider scale, but more enforced around southwestern areas of the country without too much pushback. However, by 2025, I can see more infighting between politicians as they refuse to push forward with harsher restrictions "from above" (and, by this, I mean from the King himself and his minions who will grow more frightened by his harsh temper by the day!)
And, how crazy it will be that by 2026, there will be a small number of UK 15-Minute City "refugees" of sorts who will gain public attention.
Fortunately, these harsh controls should last only five years. Nonetheless, the technology will quietly be installed behind the scenes, where it is barely noticed.
The USA isn't so easy to wrangle into a centralized control scheme by force, but I did outline how it would be tested in various areas over the next few years in a previous post. However, there are those who will create "fun" little convenience apps, or, on the harsher end of the spectrum, MANDATORY apps that require full compliance over the next decade or more.
Ultimately, as I also noted in a previous post, I can still see a "hand implant" being required about 15 years or so out, and you'll either have to take it, or live outside of the system. And, like in the UK, there will be "escapees" (I will be one of them) who will move to countries where things like this won't be mandatory.
